JRAM Pastors Summit 2025: United in Spirit, Aligned in Purpose, Focused on the Mission
April 25–27, 2025 | Radisson Hotel, Vancouver, BC, Canada
With the theme grounded in Romans 15:5–6 – “May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another… that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” – pastors and young adult leaders from Jesus Rock of Ages Ministries (JRAM) gathered in Vancouver for the 2025 Spring Pastors Summit. This three-day convergence proved to be a Spirit-filled and historic milestone in the life of the ministry, marked by theological clarity, organizational renewal, and gospel-driven unity.
A Spirit-Empowered Call to One Power, One Pattern, One Purpose
Guided by the biblical principle of One Power (the Spirit’s Grant), One Pattern (the Son’s Grace), and One Purpose (the Father’s Glory), the summit featured Scripture-rooted sessions that exhorted JRAM leaders to depend on the enabling work of the Spirit, align with the humility and servant leadership of Christ, and glorify God with one voice and one vision.
As emphasized in Romans 15:5-6, unity is not merely a strategic aim, but a spiritual gift granted by God—something to be received with humility and stewarded faithfully through Christlike relationships and gospel alignment.
Unanimous Ratification of JRAM’s Organizational Restructuring
A defining outcome of the summit was the unanimous ratification of JRAM’s organizational restructuring by the Pastoral Council—a strategic and Spirit-led decision crucial to realizing JRAM’s Vision 1-3-5-10 Agenda.
This ratification lays the groundwork for a fully integrated ministry model that is:
- Pastoral Care-centered – Rooted in small groups (SGs), pastoral care groups (PCGs), and pastoral care hubs (HUBs), the model ensures that every member is cared for, connected, and spiritually nurtured.
- Ladderized for Leadership – With clearly defined steps from small group leadership to pastoral internship and associate pastorship, the church is positioned to raise a new generation of servant-leaders.
- Intergenerational – Through the Now to Next (N2N) discipleship initiative, children, youth, and young adults are being discipled through age-specific ministry apprenticeships and internships.
- Missional and Global – JRAM continues to advance its commitment to plant churches and strengthen communities both locally and internationally, fully aligned with the Great Commission.
This restructured flow—from SG to PCG to HUB, supported by a simplified yet robust leadership framework—reflects a deepened commitment to shepherding, discipleship, and strategic scalability as the church grows.
A Ministry Aligned for the Great Commission
More than an administrative breakthrough, the summit was a worshipful moment of rededication to JRAM’s core mission: to proclaim Christ through the gospel. Through powerful times of prayer, theological reflection, leadership equipping, and collaborative planning, pastors recommitted to making disciples, training leaders, and glorifying Christ in every context where JRAM is present.
A highlight of the summit was the presentation of the operational emphases, namely:
- Pastoral Care – A small-group-based shepherding model ensuring intentional connection and holistic care.
- Intergenerational Ministry – Strengthening discipleship across age groups through the N2N framework.
- Missional Expansion – Pursuing church planting, local outreach, and global missions with renewed clarity and coordination.
Commissioned to Build, Called to Proclaim
The summit concluded with a collective commissioning, sending pastors and leaders back to their congregations emboldened by a shared vision and united by gospel purpose. Each step taken reflects a unified desire to see every JRAM campus become a Christ-proclaiming, gospel-shaped, Spirit-led church—faithfully making disciples and multiplying leaders for generations to come.
As JRAM moves forward, the message is resounding:
We are One in Christ—empowered by the Spirit, patterned after the Son, for the glory of the Father—on a mission to proclaim the gospel to all nations. ##
